We recently delivered a full enabling works package for a development site in Glasnevin, Dublin.
Acting as principal contractor, our scope included demolition, site setup, piling, and bulk excavation — all carried out to the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
The works began with the demolition of an existing residential property on site. Following this, we completed continuous flight auger (CFA) piling along the site boundary as specified by the design team. Once the piling was complete, we carried out a bulk excavation of approximately 9,000m³ of soil to prepare the site for the next phase of construction.
Finally, we installed all required bearing piles to support the future structure, completing the job on schedule and in line with our client’s budget and expectations.
