We are proud to be delivering the civil engineering and groundworks package for the prestigious Bective House Hotel development in County Meath.
A landmark 5-star project set within the stunning and historic Bective Estate. This is a flagship project for our team in 2025, and we’re honoured to be part of bringing this unique vision to life.
Set against the backdrop of the charming old house and under the watchful eyes of the horses at Bective Stud, our works to date have included:
- Initial site setup and clearance, including the establishment of a site compound
- Careful underpinning of existing stone walls, preserving the character of the estate
- Construction of a large ESB substation and client switchgear room
- Bulk excavation and installation of an attenuation tank
- Delivery of a substantial deep drainage package
- Installation of a complex ducting network to future-proof the site’s utilities
- Rock breaking and bulk excavation for a new structure that will soon house luxury bedrooms, restaurants, bars, and a few exciting surprises
In addition, we’re managing the installation of a new watermain system and gas ducting to service the hotel development.
