We completed the demolition of Mortons Pub, along with the adjoining cottage and outbuildings, located in Firhouse, Dublin.
Acting as Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS) for our client, we managed the project from start to finish with a strong focus on safety, sustainability, and efficiency.
The works began with a full internal strip-out of all buildings. Once this phase was complete, we carried out the safe and controlled demolition of the structures. Environmental responsibility was a key priority—over 80% of the demolition materials were recycled. All concrete and masonry rubble was crushed on-site and retained for reuse in future construction works.
