We recently completed the full internal strip-out of a large commercial unit in Blackrock, Dublin 4.
Acting as Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS), we managed all phases of the project from mobilisation to final handover, delivering it on time and within budget.
Our scope of works included the removal of all furniture, fixtures, fittings, partition walls, and all mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems. The building was carefully stripped back to its original concrete shell, in preparation for future redevelopment.
This project showcases our ability to deliver efficient, high-standard strip-out works in live urban environments, while maintaining full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
