We are currently delivering the civil engineering and groundworks package for a high-profile mixed-use development on Cork Street, Dublin 8, comprising 54 residential units and a ground-floor café.
Our scope began with the installation of bearing piles, followed by a bulk excavation of contaminated material. This material was carefully managed and transported to Walshestown Restoration in line with environmental guidelines.
Once the excavation was complete, we partnered with Trim Formworks to trim the piles in the basement and carry out detailed excavation for large pad foundations and thickened ground beams. This phase required close collaboration between Trimplant, Trim Formworks, and waterproofing specialists Roscor. Working under a tight programme, all teams coordinated to maintain the highest standards of quality and delivery.
Our works also included the excavation and installation of a large precast attenuation tank, deep drainage systems, and all associated groundworks required for the project.
This job is ongoing and is due for completion in late 2025.
