Trimplant New Hires 2025 – Rory Tuite, Senior Quantity Surveyor
Rory Tuite joins Trimplant in 2025 as our Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager. Furthermore, he brings extensive experience managing high-value projects, including data centres and complex public-realm developments.
Rory began his career with hands-on site experience, which laid the foundation for his commercial expertise. Consequently, he is now known for accuracy, proactive communication, and consistent value delivery.
He has led multiple large landscaping projects in central London, managing subcontract procurement, contract administration, change management, monthly CVR reporting, and final account settlement. Moreover, Rory has delivered major civil works packages on large-scale data centre projects while managing complex upstream and downstream change accounts.
Rory is highly experienced in a variety of contracts, including JCT, NEC, and bespoke agreements. Therefore, his skills help drive clarity and control throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring projects stay on track and meet client expectations.
Education: Rory studied at Clongowes Wood College and earned a B.Sc in Quantity Surveying & Construction Economics from Technological University Dublin, graduating with Second Class Honours, First Division.
Overall, Rory’s deep commercial knowledge and proactive approach strengthen our team and play a key role in Trimplant’s growth and innovation.
Trimplant New Hires 2025 – Ben Holden, Junior Civil Engineer
We are also excited to welcome Ben Holden, our new Junior Civil Engineer. Moreover, Ben has been passionate about construction from a young age, with a particular interest in civil works and demolition.
Ben graduated in 2025 with an Honours degree in Civil Engineering from Technological University Dublin. As a result, he brings both academic knowledge and practical skills to every project.
At Trimplant, Ben is responsible for setting out and surveying, using the latest GPS technology for precision and efficiency. In addition, he assists with site management on selected projects, overseeing daily operations, ensuring site safety, and supporting Rory with project financials.
Under the mentorship of Pat and Andrew, Ben is quickly becoming a key member of our team. Consequently, his dedication and skill contribute directly to Trimplant’s growth and help maintain our position as a leader in Ireland’s civil and demolition industry.
