Junior Civil Engineer Jobs, Trim, Co. Meath
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their civil engineering career who wants real, practical experience on live sites.
What the role involves
- Supporting our senior engineers on the day to day site works.
- Helping with setting out, levels and site measurements.
- Assisting with quality checks and keeping site records up to date.
- Learning how projects run from start to finish, from groundworks through to completion.
What we are looking for
- A qualification in civil engineering or a related field, or solid site experience.
- A willingness to learn and a good attitude on site.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team.
- A full clean driving licence is an advantage.
This role suits someone who wants to build a long term career and is happy to get stuck in and learn from an experienced crew.
Experienced Groundworker Jobs, Meath (Pipe Laying)
We are also looking for experienced groundworkers who are confident laying pipes and want steady work with a busy contractor.
What the role involves
- Laying and connecting drainage and water pipes to specification.
- Setting levels and gradients correctly for pipe runs.
- General groundworks including excavation, backfilling and compaction.
- Working safely and to a high standard on every job.
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in groundworks and pipe laying.
- A good understanding of levels, falls and drainage.
- Safe Pass and relevant tickets (CSCS or similar an advantage).
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
